Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

At Wilson & Co, most of our items are custom-made preorders and typically require 3-5 weeks for production and shipping. If an item is in stock, we aim to ship it within 3 business days. All orders are shipped via USPS, and while we offer additional insurance for package protection, it is not included by default. Please note that shipping times may be slightly longer during holidays. Additionally, we are closed annually from January 10 - February 10 for an inventory reset. Orders placed during this time will still be accepted but will not ship before March 10. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to deliver high-quality products to you!
